Product Review: Witch Witch Hazel Concealer
A concealer that hides and heals is nothing new, but I'm still surprised at how few products are available that perform both duties. I don't like the feeling of slapping something on that simply masks, particularly on broken or rough skin, so was happy to give the Witch Hazel concealer from Witch at try.

Smelling reassuringly of that sharp scent we all associate with our zitty youth, the concealer promises to heal problem spots while covering them up. It stings slightly as you apply it to broken skin. Again, probably a good sign that it's doing its job! Witch Hazel is certainly worth using regularly if you have oily or spot-prone skin and this is an easy and clean way to apply it.
My main problem with this product is the coverage. I found that my spots (which are not exactly huge!) showed through even after a liberal application and the 'natural' shade I tried was far too dark for pale skin. Conversely, on darker skin this product would be pretty much useless.
If you have very medium tone skin, hate the fuss of applying neat witch hazel and only suffer with the odd spot, this product will be a good one to keep in your handbag, but otherwise, I'd stick with a quality concealer closer to your tone and cleanse thoroughly at home.
