Bobbi Brown tells us how to use her Velvet Plum Eye Palette

Bobbi Brown plum eye palette.jpg

For those of us who like our makeup application paint-by-numbers easy, here are some quick tips from Bobbi Brown herself on how to use her Velvet Plum Eye Palette, $40.00. I generally use the rule of applying the lightest color in a palette all over, the medium shade in the crease and the darkest shade with a wet, flat brush as eyeliner. But there's four colors in this palette and that always throws me for a loop!

Keep reading for Bobbi's simple steps.

1. Apply the bone shade all over from lid to brow.

2. Brush naked on your lower lid.

3. Gently blend Velvet Plum Metallic Eye Shadow in the crease and near the outer corner of the eye to create depth.

4. Line the top lash line with Espresso Eye Shadow and the Mini Eye Liner Brush before finishing eyes with two coats of Extreme Party Mascara.
