She had me sit in a massage chair, and I kneeled forward with my head in the little hole. She worked her way down my back using different pressure, and would take my arms and adjust them so she could better reach the muscles.
It finished with a neck and head massage, with particular focus on my temples, and it made me feel incredibly alert and soothed.
I was very impressed with both the quality and the results of the service, as she loosened muscles I'd thought were knotted for good, making me feel a lot lighter.
The massages are really reasonable priced as well, as you can enjoy an aromatherapy massage for £55 an hour.
They also offer beauty treatments, personal trainers and hairstyling, as well as being available for parties.
