Rouge Bunny Rouge is one of the brands that has burst onto the beauty scene this year, and this is partly due to the quality of their product, their lovely designs and their happy relationship with beauty blogs. I've currently got my eye on their Luminous Skin Wand, a pen-style concealer that has been garnering rave reviews across the web.
Their description alone is enough to have my inner Enid Blyton doing excited little jumps, as they make it sound so magical and ephemeral. Listen to this.
