Makeup certainly plays a key roll in Tim Burton's upcoming Alice in Wonderland remake due out in March (see a trailer here). From Alice's natural, ethereal beauty to Helena Bonham Carter wearing the whole crayon box as The Red Queen and Anne Hathaway's monochromatic deep plum as The White Queen, it's all about the beauty. No surprise makeup makers are catching on and coming out with collections even in advance of the film!
Urban Decay's Alice In Wonderland themed Book of Shadows will be available in the US shortly after Christmas and features pretty pop-up packaging sure to reel in fans of the film or the original fairy tale. Inside find colors like Alice (the bright blue), Mad Hatter (cocoa) and Midnight Tea Party (a variation on their Midnight Cowgirl shade) are inspired by the palette of the film.
