This is one of those products I've had kicking around my boudoir table for a long time that I've just never tried. I'm pretty sure it must have been a gift with purchase at some point, but today I decided to break out the Bare Escentuals All Over Face Color in Pure Radiance, $18 here in the US (16 GBP for those in the UK).

Unfortunately, I was a bit underwhelmed with the product and might be disappointed had I purchased it. I love my Bare Escentuals foundation and I use their Mineral Veil along with it whenever I wear it, but some of their auxiliary products seem a bit unnecessary to me. Partially this just may not be the right shade for me. Pure Radiance is described as a golden peach sheen, though it seemed dark to me when tapped out on the lid. I have a fair to medium complexion and usually go for pinkier shades.

I tried applying this in one of two ways, one as a blush or bronzer on my cheeks, chin and forehead as recommended by the Sephora Web site. I saw very little color. Then, I tried it mixed in with my foundation as suggested by this YouTube tutorial. The latter was probably more successful if you could call it that, as it added a little bit of a discernible glow to my foundation. Still nothing earth shattering that I feel I need to add to my normal routine.
