Win Tickets to the 2010 Vitality Show!

The Vitality Show runs from the 18th - 21st March 2010 at Earl's Court 2 and offers up a wide array of information and activities on all aspects of health and wellbeing.

You can enjoy a free skin assessment at the sk:n bar where your skin will be analyzed for ageing and sun pigmentation (scary but totally worth it) , and there are many interesting lectures scheduled which focus on improving yourself- through mind and body.

The Zest fitness Park offers you a great way to try new classes, as everything from Zumba to hula hooping your way into shape is on offer.

We have three pairs of tickets up for grabs (at a value of £35 a pair) and all you need to do to win is answer this question.
