Michael Barnes creates beautiful hair designs at London Fashion Week

Michael Barnes1.jpg

London Fashion Week played host to many stunning styles and cutting edge creations, but one hairdresser particularly stood out. Michael Barnes was the genius behind the stunning creations pictured above which blended his artistry with colour with his love of structured design.

Three of his avant garde pieces graced the catwalk at Pierre Garroudi's LFW show. I love the fierce red colour and the hairpieces remind me of waterfalls and blood at the same time. The flowing pieces must surely have placed major pressure on the models, as these gravity defying pieces must have been quite a weight to bear!
