My Experience, Lisa Goodchild, At the John Frieda Salon Mayfair with Andreas

Gosh I was running late...I was actually 10 minutes late and I hate being late I am usually very punctual but wrongly estimated the time in getting to my hair appointment, at the John Frieda salon in Mayfair, completely wrong. I was then met by Andreas who did not batter an eyelid by my unpunctual entrance but gave me a huge smile and greeting and showed me to his working area. He asked me what I required were I responded with my usual please no length off and I want full volume! I pointed out what terrible and disgusting condition my hair was and he did not agree. I adored this attitude as usually I am greeted with oh yes it looks dreadful and you will need to have a good few inches off, which is not what you really want to be told.

I went through to the wash room and he passed me on to his assistant to complete this task, Madison, who was very graceful and helped me relax from my anxious morning. I sat in front of the mirror and Andreas started his magic. I have to say that he had me in stitches all through my appointment and he made the entire experience one that I would recommend to anyone. I loved it! I walked out feeling like a Hollywood movie star heading for the Oscars!

He started off with the cut and listened to every word I said and gave me the perfect manageable cut. He then moved onto the hairdryer and diffuser to help apply plenty of volume. He proceeded to use the tongs in areas to add shape. He applied the John Frieda luxurious Volume and thermal protection hair serum which was just the thing I needed. I felt a million dollars and have to say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had at any salon and I have visited my fair share! Thanks Andreas for performing your magic! Love Lisaxx
