When it comes to my lashes, I feel the longer the better, and that's echoed by No7 in the release of their latest mascara, No7 Exceptional Definition Mascara . They have created a two sided brush, one to help volumize the lashes, and one to define and separate them. An extra plus is the fact that the forumla is enrichred with vitamins and cashmere keratin to add condition to the lashes. So what's the verdict?
The actual mascara wand is a bright yellow, though it's hard to see that under the product. It's made of plastic and is very bendy, able to reach into the smallest corner of the eye without marking your skin. The wand is great at reaching every single lash- even the little ones- and the smaller side of the wand really helps elongate and define them.
Next I tried using the thicker side of the brush to add volume, and suddenly my lashes were magnified. I then used the end of the brush to add colour to the smallest lashes, and voila, my lash look was completed. I've since also tried applying the mascara in a variety of different combinations, and different brush sides and have found that I still get similar results.
Overall? The lashes are lengthened, no quibbles about that. I really love how defined they get from this mascara and how I get extra length with no clumping. The lashes look perfect and straight, and the colour doesn't stain.
