Lily Allen is a cool girl. She has a great voice, a devil may care attitude and she always seems really sweet in person. However, I'm not loving this outfit combo she was spotted in recently, as the mix of the long overly shiny fringe, unflattering lipstick shade and hideous dress make her look a little bit drag queen like.
