Benefit is getting involved on the latest trend in couture accessories, and have joined forces with Katherine Elizabeth Millinery to create parties that are both beautiful and creative.
The Mad Hatters Couture parties bring a touch of Alice in Wonderland nostalgia to partygoers, with an extra helping of glam. The parties consist of you enjoying cocktails in teacups and brightly coloured nibbles, whilst trained makeup artists ply you with Benefit products and teach you makeup tricks.
Once your thirst has been catered to, you should pay attention as, the girls from Katherine Elizabeth Millinery will be teaching you how to make your bespoke masterpiece, be it a feathery headband or an amazing fascinator. All beads, trims, lace and feathers are provided, and you'll all go home with something very unique.
I tried this, and despite lacking any artistic talent was thrilled with my pretty headband, decked out in beads and lace. The staff were friendly and helpful- even threading my needle when I got sulky!
It costs £60 per person, and includes drinks, food, your creation and a £20 Benefit voucher redeemable on the night... and a goodie bag. Good deal!
