Rotating mascara is set to be the hot new thing for mascara this year (coming on the heels of the vibrating mascara trend) but actually they've been around for a while - Kiss and Makeup reviewed one (the Spinlash electric mascara) here way back in 2008.
Now of course they're a lot more advanced, and they're hitting the high street - Bourjois are the next brand to bring out one - Volume Fast and Perfect mascara. With a formula containing Vitamin E and Jojoba oil, it promises perfect distribution (a high claim!) with the brush depositing mascara without overloading them.
