Just last week Nicole Richie debuted a brand new bright blonde 'do, as she floated down the streets of Los Angeles in a long, floral chiffon dress. The look was a breathe of fresh air to herald the (sort of) beginning of Spring.
However, for Saturday night's Art of Elysium Gala, she vamped up the ultra blonde locks, clipping them under with a curl to create the look of a 20's flapper girl. Matched with a deep red lip and dark, smokey eyes, she made a real statement to style up her plain black dress.
