Hair conditioner is one of those products I will splurge on, but I don't think I'd splurge this much. Luxury haircare brand Philip B has come out with Russian Amber Imperial Conditioning Creme. The price? $150, or almost 100 quid. For this sum, the conditioner is said to have the highest level of nourishing and restorative amino acids of any conditioner on the market. Cutting edge technology (in a conditioner? Okay...) infuses hair with amino acids to build volume and thickness after only one use. Expensive botanical extracts from Eastern European plants that naturally heal and fortify hair round out the formula.
I've tried Philip B products before and was suitably impressed, but probably not $150 impressed. Would you pay this price for luxury conditioner?
