media_futureface001.jpgWe all squeal with lust when a new collection of eye and lip products (like the recent Peacocky line), hits our radar but when most women are on a continuous quest for the right base, a new foundation line is equally as exciting.

MAC's brought out the Future Face Collection for February, which apparently 'blurs the line between skincare and makeup', and includes Studio Careblend/Pressed Powder in 8 shades, which contains a "unique botanical complex" consisting of Safflower Seed Oil, Meadowfoam Seed Oil, Shea Butter, Olive Oil and Lecithin.

Intriguing. It provides 'sheer to medium' coverage with 'perfect skin adhesion' that helps to create a more flawless, refined look to the skin.

As well as this new product, there's happy news for those of us who struggle finding a colour match: MAC have added new permanent shades to the Studio Moisture Tint (Medium Plus and Dark Plus) and Studio Fix Fluid (N18, NW18, NW22, NW33, NW44, NW46, NW48, NW58) ranges to make their foundation spectrum more all inclusive. Can't wait till they add an NC12 (I'm pretty sure that's my ideal shade).

Studio CareBlend/Pressed Powder is in stores now priced £17.50. Let us know what you think if you get it!
