We totally loved the beauty look at Gucci's AW11 show at Milan Fashion Week yesterday.
Our eyes were instantly drawn to the deep, impeccably painted blood-red lips sported by the models - a shade I'd be way too nervous to wear in real life, but I love to look at. Kind of like six-inch heels.
The strong lip was balanced out with an understated eye, with lashes heavily coated in mascara, and accentuated cheekbones.
Most interestingly, Gucci provided a twist among the mostly-relaxed hairstyling on the catwalk this season; the ponytail returned, but there was a mix of texture - hair was sleek and pulled back at the front, and then the lengths were crimped.
