People tend to neglect their feet. Sure, we stick them in pretty shoes, but most of the time it's our nails we fuss around- not our toenails. Now that winter is on its way out and Valentine's Day is looming, I thought I should get my tootsies into better shape. Embarrassed go to a salon I was happy to try the Blossom and Jasmine Luxury Milk, Honey and Almond Oil Pedicure, as it meant I could get pampered from the comfort of the couch.

The therapist turned up with a bag full of exciting nail varnishes for me to choose from and a foot spa to put my feet into. The foot spa was filled with deliciously scented almond oil and a honey foots oak- as well as actual real milk for that extra sense of Cleopatra luxury. There was more to it than pure decadence though, as honey helps moisturize skin whilst milk has enzymatic properties, to help dead skin removal.

She methodically sloughed away dead skin, filing the nails and not wincing (brave woman) at the state of my feet. She then gave me an incredible foot massage- and I'm someone who doesn't like my feet being touched. They were baby white and gleaming when she was done, and then she applied the pretty pink polish.

My pedicure was complete, and as I was at home I could really relax for the two hours needed for a perfect dry. Two weeks on and my pedicure is still perfect- no chips at all, and my feet look so much more presentable. I can heavily recommend this- why not treat yourself (or suggest someone special gets this for you?).
