Can someone please create an animated gif of Lady Gaga opening and closing her eyes in this look? Lady Gaga recently showed up at an MTV Video Music Aid Japan event with eyelids painted on her eyelids. It's freaking people out. This is quite the novelty look, which is of course Gaga's thing. But I'm almost as disturbed by her short bangs, to be honest with you.
