Jules Cardozo-Marsh is pretty established in the beauty industry as a makeup artist with style, and her recent claim to fame is doing Chelsy Davy's makeup for the Royal Wedding. She took some time to share with us some great festival beauty tips to keep you looking stylish even whilst wearing wellies.

'Ensure your make-up looks fresh and lasts during hot and sweaty festivals by going for a fluid and oil-free foundation as heavy, creamy textures will melt in the heat and humidity, causing a greasy and clogged complexion. [ Note: Try MD Formulations Total Protector Face SPF30]

Remove excess oil and sweat without disturbing your makeup, by patting your nose, chin and forehead with blotting sheets to instantly refresh your complexion and tone down shine. Further mattify and hold your makeup in place with a light dusting of translucent pressed
powder over the t-zone.

Give your cheeks a healthy flush by gently patting a liquid tint onto the apple of your cheeks to give a natural, long-lasting stain. Liquid tints will stay fresh in clammy environments and can be doubled up as a long lasting lip colour to keep your make-up bag minimal.

Channel your inner Kate Moss and create the perfect smokey eye without the 'panda eyes'
effect. Start by applying a touch of foundation all over your eyelids to give your eye make-
up something to adhere to, then seal with a black-grey powder eye shadow on the outer
corner of your lid. Smudge towards the centre and finish with a slick of waterproof mascara and a flick of smudge-proof eyeliner along the upper lid for a sexy, grunge-goddess look."
