cheryl_cole_blonde_hair.jpgThe latest celebrity It-style was born last week as Cheryl Cole debuted her latest hairstyle, with her newly dyed honey blonde locks cut into an angled and voluminous long-layered bob.

In a few days we'll probably be inundated with ads advertising L'Oreal's latest voluminous products, or maybe their honey-blonde #45 dye, but we'll try and cut down our cynical tendencies and just believe she fancied a change.

If you fancy a change, session and celebrity stylist - and member of the ghd Creative Board - Zoe Irwin has given us a few tips on how to recreate Cheryl's new look.

Check out the step-by-step guide after the cut!

Zoe says:

1. Start by prepping hair with ghd Style Total Volume Foam to create texture and apply ghd Style Heat Protect Spray to guard your hair from heat

2. Blow dry your hair lifting at the roots and round off the ends to create a sleek style with body. The ghd natural bristle radial brush (size 4) is great for this.

3. Using your ghd Gold Series classic styler clamp the hair, pull through slightly twisting at the ends to shape the hair around your face. Finish with ghd Style Final Shine Spray to give your hair a sleek look
