The John Paul Gaultier AW11 show for Haute Couture Fashion Week was inspired by Black Swan, and the beauty looks on the catwalk definitely showed off some of that ballerina style, infused with Parisian elements.
The models sported very French flicked eyeliner, thickly applied on the upper lash line with huge fans of false lashes, and applied just below the lower lash line, which made the eyes look way bigger and give them a beautiful cats eye shape.
The centre of the face was illuminated with highlighter, appearing to glow from the eyes out, and shaded cheeks really sculpted the cheekbones. The look was finished with reddish-pink lips and hair pulled up into extremely neat buns with precise centre partings - all in all, quite a wearable look from Gaultier's show and one of our favourites. Will you be trying it?
