bumble_and_bumble.jpgThis week our featured brand is one of our absolute favourites, Bumble and bumble: first a salon that placed in Vogue's Top 10 NYC salons just a year after they opened, they were put on the map when The Bad Bob (as sported by Karen Elsen on the cover of Italian Vogue) was named 1997's haircut of the year. With a solid amount of industry respect under their belts, Bumble and bumble's product line was established with the release of their Surf Spray way back in 1990, which was acclaimed by just about everyone upon its release.

Since then they've accumulated a huge range of haircare products that cater for every possible hairstyle, colour, type and occasion. The newest addition to the line is the Let it Shine range (from £17.50), packed full of Sunflower Seed Oil to get rid of dulling residue and leave hair super shiny. My personal favourite is the Quenching Masque (£27.50), leave it in for at least 10 minutes and it'll really re-energize tired, dry hair (and is especially good if yours is curly). Obviously if any product represents the brand best it's the aforementioned Surf Spray (£19), great for adding body and creating seriously sexy texture.
