Celebrities are blessed with flawless skin, sure. But they also have access to the best products in the world. It can be a toss up when a company says a celebrity is a "fan" of their product - it can simply mean that the star received the product in a gift bag and nothing more. Or it can really mean the person uses this product on a regular basis. It's hard to know, so I tend to regard such claims as dubious. But two products I've been pitched lately as having hoards of celebrity fans are products I know work and are high quality. So I'm more likely to believe the celebs really use them, and I honestly don't care either way - they're good products!
Per-fekt Beauty recently sent out an email with a quote from Blake Lively about their Skin Perfection Gel: "The trick is to apply Skin Perfection Gel with your finger-tips for an evened out skin-tone, I love the glow it gives to my skin." I'm not saying I get Blake's poreless skin when I use Skin Perfection Gel, but it definitely evens out my complexion and acts as a great primer under foundation.
