Nicki Minaj was one of the first celebrities to pop up with contrasting colour hair last year, before any of us had even given a thought to sticking the ends of our hair into some dye and seeing what happened - fast forward a few months and Lauren Conrad, Nicola Roberts and Kate Bosworth have all tried the fad, and I bet every one of you knows someone who tried it too (we even did it on nails).
Nicki here attended an event to announce the American Music Awards nominees yesterday, and sported a bit of a twist on dip-dye, dying one half of her blonde wig hair blue, with just a touch of blue creeping up the blonde side.
