Christian Dior have teamed up with German artist Anselm Reyle to produce a line of Dior accessories (which made their debut at the art show Art Basel which is currently taking place in Miami), among them a line of five polishes (which we haven't seen, but we hear includes an electric blue shade which is very interesting news to me) at $23 each, as well as this beautiful violet, black and grey camouflage eyeshadow palette. In the silver case, it's like a piece of art itself - at least, that's what I'd be telling myself if I was going to shell out the $110 to pay for it.
It's a great choice for a collaboration since the German painter, sculptor, and installationist is well known for his use of bright colours.
The makeup went on sale at a private party at Art Basel yesterday, but you can get the collection - which includes handbags and camouflage print sandals - when it hits Saks Fifth Avenue in January.
