Tulisa Contostavlos of N-Dubz fame is in trouble - her cute (if sort of annoying) arm gesture showing off her The Female Boss tattoo might be banned by Ofcom after they've been investigating whether she's been doing it to advertise her perfume of the same name.

Apparently the star has been giving a talking to for 'illegally promoting' her fragrance after viewers complained about it - she did it on Saturday as usual, but on Sunday decided to skip it (we just thought that it was because she was wearing a long sleeved dress, but what do we know).
