The Kiss and Makeup ladies aren't shy about our love for the bareMinerals brand, as we're all devotees of the foundation, love the overnight treatment and dabble in the eye cream. We've spoken about their Mineral Veil powder before, but as I've just reached the end of yet another pot I felt it deserved its very own ode.
The Mineral Veil powder is my holy grail of finishing powders. The consistency is incredibly fine, and the texture so finely milled that swirling it on your face creates a lovely light sheen, giving you a radiant flawless look with a light matte finish and a lot of natural light going on.
Something about the powder makes you look radiant in most photos and the finish works very well over mineral foundation, or any liquid brand.
It's great at absorbing oil and keeping areas from going shiny, and the longevity is fantastic- it lasts all night and a pot lasts for at least 6 months. You rarely need to top up with this powder and it's amazing what a few swirls with a brush can do.
I love how it feels weightless too wear and as its mineral based you don't feel like you will get congested after use. All round, it gets our full kiss of approval!
