There were some beauty don'ts at the Brit Awards last night (I'm thinking Rihanna's roots and Jessie J's hairstyle) but there were also some beauty dos.
I am becoming more and more of a fan of Adele's classic beauty every time I see her on the red carpet. She knows what suits her and she sticks with it without looking boring or underdone. It helps to be stunningly beautiful and have that British rose skin.
For the Brit Awards she added some sparkle to her kohl-rimmed eyes and her bright pink lipstick also has some glimmer to it. Contoured cheeks polished off her classic beauty look.
Also lining her eyes in black was Lana Del Rey. She paired the trend with a more natural look, letting her freckles shine through (I love when stars do that!). If Adele was the traditional English rose, Lana Del Rey was definitely an all American girl, with a natural rosy lip and minimal hair and makeup (for the red carpet, anyway).
