By now you all know how much we love Lancôme (makers of my current favourite mascara - Hypnôse Doll Eyes - and foundation - Teint Idole Ultra 24H), and you all know that Emma Watson is the current face of their new Rouge in Love lipstick line, but what do you know about the actual lipsticks?
We took a closer look at them to see if they were as exciting as they looked in that fun video they released for Valentine's Day.
So in the quite massive range there are 24 shades, separated into three categories; Boudoir Time, Tonight Is My Night and Jolis Matins. We tried five from Boudoir Time: Rouge In Love (159B), Rose Boudoir (340B) Violette Coquette (381B) Miss Coquelicot (146B) and Rose Thé (200B).

All five of these - even the alarming-at-first purple Violette Coquette - are really pretty, wearable colours with particles of silver glitter so small that they're almost invisible - just enough to catch the light. The formula was designed to bridge the gap between lipgloss and lipstick, resulting in a lightweight 'film' of colour that has excellent staying power (trust me, I have this stuff all over my arm) but it so comfortable it's almost imperceptible, with a slight shine.
Oh, and the tube has stitching down the back like a stocking!

Too cute. Get Lancôme Rouge in Love for £21 here.
