If you caught our Brand of the Week a little while ago you'll know how much we love organic makeup brand Inika cosmetics. I get a bit bored by most organic makeup brands - they don't tend to launch colour collections the way that non-organic brands do, which is maybe why they never seem to do massively well - seasonal themed collections keep things fun, fresh and on trend and us interested.
Excitingly it looks like Inika is the exception to this; they've just announced the launch of the Fairground collection, a pretty pastel line up of products for summer!

Fairground features my absolute favourite product from the brand, their Certified Organic Eyeliner, in a pearlescent pastel green shade called Green Lagoon (£11.75). Like the Black Caviar version I love, the texture is beautiful - creamy and glides on easily - and the soft green shade would look beautiful traced along the lower lashline for a soft daytime metallic look.
Accompanying Green Lagoon are two loose Mineral Eyeshadows (£11.75), Peach Fetish and Candy Mint, which is limited edition. These eyeshadows are really versatile - you can wear it densely packed so it has a more intense colour, or blended out which produces a sheer veil of colour, which you can build up depending on your look.

Candy Mint is as you can probably guess, a metallic mint green colour with a micro glitter which makes it super shimmery, and blends out to an iridescent soft sea green.

Peach Fetish is probably the most wearable of the two, a shimmery pink-nude bronze that would look great for the beach and in a metallic smoky eye for night.

The Carousel Mineral Blusher (£16.35) is also limited edition - there's a lot of glitter in this (although it's not so apparent once its blended out) so if you aren't a fan of glittery blush, probably stay away from this one. Colour wise though it's a lovely warm peach shade that would look best on tanned and darker skins.

Last but not least is the Vegan LipWhip in Melon, full of moisturising Vitamin E and Sweet Orange Oil so it keeps lips soft as well as providing a natural looking hint of pink.
A great little collection of products, and I love the name too. Anything that makes me think of candyfloss is a win in my book. Will you be picking anything up?
