We all know what a hair chameleon Rihanna has turned out to be - she's gone through so many makeovers now I was wondering if there would be anything new left for her to surprise us with. But there was: dreadlocks!
The singer debuted the brand new look during a performance on American Idol at the weekend - the reason? Rihanna told a fan on twitter that she'd wanted dreads for ages, saying "[they're] HOT! ;) [wanted them] since I was 14, but mama Fent'z wasn't havin it! Hehe".
Showing that she's willing to endure a little pain for the sake of fashion, the singer also admitted that they were maybe a bit too heavy for a dancing situation, telling another fan on twitter that they were heavier then "Goliath's balls". Nice. Still she looks likes she's managing okay doesn't she?
