I'm a big fan of Clinique's Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector, £39.00 - £54.00, as I mentioned in our editor beauty must-haves roundup. So I was excited when Clinique started expanding the line to include moisturizer and makeup. The newest addition is Dark Spot Correcting Hand Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 15.
Anyone will tell you that hands are one of the first places a woman starts showing her age. Clinique uses a blend of brightening ingredients like Vitamin C and an advanced yeast blend and moisturizers to effectively diminish the appearance of dark spots, sun spots and brown spots on hands while defending skin against further damage.
I couldn't really test the affects of diminishing spots since I don't have any at the moment, but I can attest to the moisturizing effects that last up to 8 hours and through at least two hand washings. There are also exfoliating ingredients, anti-irritants and ingredients to help skin absorb moisturizers, these types of things really make a difference and set a skin care brand like Clinique apart from other hand creams.
Of course there's also broad spectrum SPF 15 protection. This is what the younger ladies are going to want to keep in mind - fending off future environmental damage.
