If there's anyone we'll readily take beauty advice from its Aussie beauty Miranda Kerr. Not only has she bagged probably the hottest man on the planet, husband and father of her child Orlando Bloom, but she was back on the catwalk just weeks after giving birth and always looks effortlessly beaut. So how does she do it? Surely one woman can't have all these things gifted to her naturally? Miranda has let slip some of her beauty tricks, so if you want a slice of the action, check them out below.

There's no denying one of Miranda's biggest assets is her flawless skin, "To keep my skin in check I always eat lots of greens and take Chlorella supplements and drink lots of water". Chlorella tablets are known for their detoxing properties and encourage growth and repair of skin cells. You can get a bottle of 60 tablets for £8.50 on Amazon here.

Remember all the controversy when the 28 year old Victoria's Secret model admitted last year she "cannot go a day without coconut oil"? Despite all the fuss, sales shot up by more than 50% as customers clamoured for a slice of the supermodel's secret. Mental eh? If you're keen to get on board with the coconut oil craze which is said to be the ideal ointment for the relief of dry skin and works really well as a hair conditioner you can get your hands on Coconoil's Original Virgin Coconut Oil here for £9.49.

Miranda also says, "Now being a mother I don't have as much time to spend on my skin. I like to wear rosehip oil at night. It's full of that many antioxidants and it really works on a cellular level too to rejuvenate the skin. I put that on at night and I wake up glowing'". Want to wake up glowing too? Check out Trilogy Certified Organic Rosehip Oil which is £16.50 from John Lewis.
