Kristen Stewart covers Vanity Fair
I always love it when Kristen Stewart appears on a magazine cover. They really make the most of her striking features, and her disdain for smiling just reads as sultry instead of miserable.
Proving me right, let me present Exhibit A; the Twilight star has landed Vanity Fair's July cover, and looks amazing (although not as good as she did on her W cover, but that will take some beating). Her eye makeup is especially interesting - it looks like a hybrid of a sexy and sixties: a drawn out smokey eye in a soft metallic pink with purple edging and a line of black eyeliner flicking up towards the edge of her eyebrow, paired with thick fluttery lashes, with the bottom layer clumped together for that '60s doe-eyed look.
The whole look is pretty neutral, even the colours used on the eyes, and apart from those subtly elaborate eyes (an oxymoron if there ever was one, but it's true), the rest of her make up is pretty natural, with a peach toned nude lip. I love the way they've used bronzer on her too - sweeping in into the hollows of her cheeks to give her those sculpted, high cheekbones.
Can't wait to see the rest of the pictures! Check out Kristen in action in the behind-the-scenes video from Vanity Fair below.
