Amazingly exciting news today - Chanel is opening a store solely dedicated to beauty in London's Covent Garden!
The "fragrance and beauty concept" store, which will be 1,437 square feet and housed in the Market Building in the Piazza, will be, of course, open in time for the Olympics and is initially there as a six-month pop up although if it's successful (and how could it not be?) it could be there longer.
Apparently amongst the make up and perfume, the two-floor store will have make over stations and a manicure salon (we see that doing extremely well). Beverley Churchill, brand director at Covent Garden London said, "To be able to work with Chanel is a coup for the estate and a further proof point of how the area has changed."
We are so excited - can't wait to see how they design the space. Clean lines and monochrome no doubt.
