It looks like we're in for a bright Autumn / Winter 2012. If you count Dior as an authority on this sort of thing that is (who doesn't?). The French fashion design house sent models down the Parisian runway at their Autumn / Winter 2012 Haute Couture Fashion Week show only days ago wearing some of the most to-die-for make up we've seen in days. No, really.
The look was bright and refreshing, yet disconcertingly refined. How does throwing the brightest colours imaginable together (okay so maybe throwing together isn't quite accurate) with a bit of metallic shimmer create such a sleek, chic and distinguished look? I'm not sure to be honest, but it definitely works. My favourite bit is the popping bright liners on the eyes which flows into the mascara creating that accidental dusting effect on the lashes that we're normally trying to avoid. These contrasted with the modern-feel silvers and a popping bright two toned lips just works.
