They say that blondes have more fun, well if that's true, we'd say that Miley Cyrus is the perfect example of a girl having fun. The teen actress tweeted a picture of herself over the weekend sporting a freshly bleached bob, which we think is a great call just in time for summer.
The freshly brightened up Miley certainly has a lot to be happy about at the moment, having just gotten engaged to super-hot beau and Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth, as well as her newly found hottest-bod of the year status, we think we'd be tweeting pics left right and centre too.
