With the hot neon trend spanning both fashion and beauty this season, we've already seen a few nail polish brands producing popping bright and acid type tones. This week, sees the first neon efforts from nail varnish pros, OPI, who have created a limited edition Outrageous Neons mini pack, which is full of sumptuous shades we can't wait to test out in the flesh.
Unlike its counterparts, such as Nails Inc's Neons and Nudes and Thakoon's collaboration with NARS, OPI's set is a well thought out six piece offering which is designed to be used all together as a complete package. The set is made up of four fluorescent neon shades, including Ridiculously Yellow, Formidably Orange, Riotously Pink, Seriously Purple, as well as a handy white base coat, which is essential for achieving the real neon pop, and a simple clear top coat.
