lush_emotional-briliance_eyeliner_motivation_indepedant_incharge_healthy.JPGWe checked out Lush's brand new make up range Emotional Brilliance a few weeks ago and were so impressed by the eyeliner - that beautiful, molten gold Fantasy - we wanted to see more. So here's more!

The first thing to know about these eyeliners (which are all £14.50) are that they are a little different in consistency as there are two types of formula. They're mostly made with the cream base that the eyeshadow is made from, so they have a thicker texture but some of the others, like Fantasy, are made with a long lasting 'stay put' formula that is a lot more fluid and seriously doesnt shift. I had traces of Fantasy in my eyelashes for two days.

This is In Charge, Motivation, Healthy and Independent. In Charge is a bright electric blue made with the same base as the cream eyeshadows, which means it doesnt set straight away, so if you like you can blend it in to give a smudgey effect, rather then having a perfect line. A flash of this across the lashline though is very impactful.

Motivation is a metallic like Fantasy - a beautiful two-toned peacock blue. It has a cream base too so its blendable, but if you want a clean, precise line, make sure you don't touch it for a while.

It'll take a bold lover of colour to work a shade like Healthy! A bright, leafy green with a cream base so its smudgeable like In Charge and Motivation. If you're not quite ready for all that colour though, Independent is a good old black, with the same stay all day formula as Fantasy and great at creating flicks and precise lines.

Oh also, Lush have a great little game thing on their website where you can play the colour spin chart and be assigned colours to fit your mood. Check it out here!
