One of the best things about Christmas (in my opinion) is the right to wear glitter anywhere and everywhere. If there's anytime where you are allowed - nay, expected - to walk around looking like a Christmas Tree bauble, this is it. What I am saying, in a roundabout way, is that I like a good Christmas makeup collection to have a decent amount of sparkle.
We checked out Topshop's Christmas collection a few weeks ago, and we can't wait till it hits stores.
As we've come to expect, there's a 20s theme to fit in with The Great Gatsby fever setting in for AW12, in the form of a mini collection within the collection. This consists of nails polishes in dark red, gold glitter and silver glitter. No twenties collection is complete without a dark berry lipstick, which is accompanied by a nude one for those less willing to go goth. Great little collection.
Among the other Christmas goodies include a bevvy of gift sets, including a lipgloss trio (in the picture at the top, looking like its speeding by very fast due to my excellent camera skills), a nail art pack containing polish, accessories and 3D gems to stick on (a great way to keep teenagers entertained on Christmas Day), lip balm duos, dip dyed ombre makeup brush sets and more glitter nail polishes (told you you could never have enough). One polish in particular caught my attention, a red and gold glitter that I don't know the name of yet.
Isn't it beautiful? The products will range from from £5 - £17 and be in stores probably around October/November.
