As the face of the 90s, Scarlett looks the polar opposite of how we usually see her - that hair! Black on the bottom with a shock of grayish-white through the top, a la Cruella de Ville, matched up with that striking, winged out eyeliner. Those velvety deep red lips are a work of art too, beautifully shaped and lined with a darker red to give them a 3D effect. All this topped with a nose ring - Scarlett makes one sexy punk!
