lancome_in_love_emma_watson.jpgLancôme's pink, blue and purple-themed Spring colour collection In Love is one of the strongest this year - it's really really pretty, and so suited to the youthful turn they've taken with recruiting Emma Watson as their face. Inspired by city springtime, the collection takes cues from the vibrant colours of urban street art and neon signs and combining it with the softer pastel colours of Spring. In Love has just hit Selfridges so start investing in the limited edition line before it's gone.

The collection features a new product too, Baume in Love (£20), a translucent tinted balm perfect for spring. Rose Macaroon (above, far left) is my favourite, an electric pink that will give your lips a just-bitten flush. The Baume in Love shades all have a corresponding matching Vernis in Love nail colour (£12) too.

There's also a really pretty Khôl In Love eye pencil (£16 - pretty inside and out, the packaging is really cute) in light brown, turquoise and a deep navy that will look amazing on brown eyes.

I love what they've done with the eyeshadows too - taking advantage of the success of dip dye (another youthful arena) the Ombre in Love eyeshadow (£19 each) come in three colours in two shades, with six colours in total (if you follow), so 10 is a pale pastel pink and 20 is a bright popping pink. You can buy the shade that suits your skin tone best or you can by both and create a colourful smokey eye effect.

Of course one of the most important aspects of a fresh young look is that dewy skin, so they've introduced Lancôme Dewy Mist (£22) a facial mist enriched with essential oils to revive your complexion and give it a bright, dewy look.

If you only get one piece it should definitely be one of the Blush in Love palettes (£34). In two colours - one heavy on the fuchsia for dark complexions and one heavy on the coral for fairer ones - it's embossed with the floral scheme of the packaging and has a mirror that slides out of the lid.
