This time last year we had barely heard of BB Cream, the mystical product big in Asia that apparently delivered perfect, protected skin in just one product. We couldn't wait for it to hit our shores, and hit it did, in a tidal wave that touched pretty much every brand, and we found none of them really lived up to our expectations.
Just when you thought everyone who could produce one had done it, in three shades with anti-ageing peptides and an SPF comes Pantene and a brand new spin on it - the BB Cream for your hair!
Introducing Pantene Pro-V Ultimate 10 BB Creme, which promises to control frizz, protect against heat, smooth and moisturise, tame fly-aways, repair the hair and provide shine, and three more things to make up that 'Ultimate 10', but I'm not sure what they are.
If this does all that though, brilliant! Maybe this is where BB creams can really excel since it cuts out so many other steps (but it's quite funny, if you're in the camp that think the B's stand for Blemish Balm, to be applying blemish balm to your hair).
Not sure when it'll hit the UK yet, but US readers can get it from $5.29 at Target.
