Ed Hardy are known for their tattoo inspired clothing and caps worn by 'look-at-me' celebrities like Britney and Madonna. They're a bit of a love it or hate it label but they have a big following (my boyfriend paid £70 for a cap. A CAP!!) and are extremely popular, especially in America.
Now, I'm not a huge fan of streetwear so I wasn't overly excited when I heard they were launching their fragrance in the U.K but when their 'Original Fragrance for Her' perfume arrived at my desk, I opened the package and was surprised for two reasons:
1. The bottle is really quite pretty even with the trademark skulls, bones and roses design on it.
2. IT SMELLS AMAZING

A new campaign over in the States has a probing question: Is your boyfriend cute enough for Urban Decay?
If the man in your life struggles to understand the appeal of beauty junky-ism, here's something that will surely draw his attention - especially if he thinks he's a bit of a looker too. Urban Decay are currently running a competition to find two men gorgeous enough to adorn the tops of two new shades of their Pocket Rocket lipgloss.
Tragically for our homegrown Romeos, the competition is open to US residents only, but the entry page still makes for fascinating viewing...

Alyssa Milano has been getting a lot of attention of late. Her role as the spunky Billie in My Name is Earl has caused her profile to skyrocket, and her role as the voice of Dana Barett in the upcoming ghost busters game can't have hurt either.
I'll always remember her as the feisty Phoebe from Charmed though, who wasn't afraid to go around kicking ass, with with her powers, and with her kickboxing skills. She's had many looks over the years, from girlishly glam long locks, to short and spiky hair do's and has managed to pull them all off with style and panache. Alyssa, we salute you, and celebrate your many styles here.

Christina may be young, but this lady has possibly achieved more in terms of career and style than we can even start to imagine. Starting in show-business at a tender age, she moved from the Mickey Mouse Club to music videos with a swish of her bouncy blonde hair. Christina was always edgier than Britney and willing to take more risks, and we've seen her embrace hair colours of rainbow shades, till she settled on her famous peroxide locks once more. She's now established herself as a sexy twenty something with Burlesque like overtones, and we love can't help adore her, from her ruby red lips to her coiffed hair.

Last nights star studded bash made many a fashionista cry herself to sleep for what they'll never have, but here at Kiss and Makeup we're more concerned with their beauty style and Oscar worthy hairdo's. We've teamed up with the fab Akin Konizi, British Hairdresser of the Year, from Hob salons to decide which celebs hair was truly outstanding.
First to the firing line is Kate Winslet, and didn't she do well?
'Kate Winslet who looked positively regal', said Akin. 'Her look references the 50's with a sculpted faux bob updo, offset by beautiful earrings and a one shoulder gown.'

I've loved Isla Fisher since her Home and Away days, to such an extent that I even read her first novel (Seduced: and it wasn't that bad). Well she's moved on from her days of dropping her T's as the saucy Shannon Reed into the world of film, and if you loved her as the psychotic girlfriend in the Wedding Crashers you'll be pleased to hear she's starring in another film.
If you loved the Sophie Kinsella books, you'll look forward to Confessions of a Shopaholic, the film adaptation! As well as being a naturally beautiful redhead, Isla is also married to everyone's favourite funny man, Sacha Baron Cohen AND has a beautiful baby. She's a busy girl! Check out her beauty looks below.

I recently watched Slumdog Millionaire and moved though so many emotions I felt as if I'd just ridden Oblivion at Alton Towers. Acute highs of entertainment and sparkling wit were intertwined with moments of anguish and desolation as the characters suffered horrible trauma and severe indignity. Throughout it all I couldn't help but be mesmerized by Freida Pinto, with her dark devilish eyes, beautiful skin ad lustrous hair. Finally, a film that deserves acclaim has received it, and I want to share her beauty with the world!
