This weeks makeup bag thinks it's a purse, but I think it's roomy enough to carry your every day essentials. It's designed to look like a comfy pair of Y fronts and has three different designs. You can opt for rainbows, hearts or cherries and the bag is so cheap that you could get all three! I think it's a quirky alternative to stashing your stuff in a big branded bag and will easily hold your lippies and powder for touch ups.It costs £6.95 from IWOOT, and I think I'm going to go with the rainbow version...

Hey guys and welcome to our brand spanking new feature. No longer will I show you makeup bags haphazardly (OK that's a probably a lie), but I will now make sure you at least get to see one lovely bag a week! We're starting with this attractive looking offering from Coach.
At $98 it's probably more than you ever thought about spending on a bag, but if you look closely it's easy to see how you might be tempted. It has three inside pockets (three of them wow!) and a sleek zipper with the Coach logo to close it. You also get to admire the horse and carriage detail as you tote all your kit with you, and the bag is wipe clean, so it should last you a long time.

The bank holiday has been and gone, and we're left with a four day week to play with. In light of the fact I can't give you Monday Madness today (hey, Tuesday Madness just doesn't have alliteration) I'm bringing you makeup bag goodness to enjoy. Which one of these lovely cases would you purchase?

Now, I own a lot of products. Like A LOT. I'd like to say it was all down to my job, but even before I worked at Kiss and Makeup I still had a bathroom cabinet that would make my friends roll their eyes. This fab trolley box, £94.99 from Beauty Boxes is a greats solution with anyone burdened by an overflowing bathroom cabinet and a bedside table that looks like it has escaped from Boots. This large trolley would hopefully be able to pack the majority of my stuff away neatly- and it's on wheels!

I know it's essential to keep your brows in good nick, as they frame your face in such an important way. I'm not sure however, that it's really worth paying £75 for a Swarovski encrusted tweezer. It actually looks quite pretty with the little black sparkles and the silver case, but c'mon. Even if it came with a lifetime guarantee (which it doesn't) I'd still call it a gift for the idle rich. Put it this way, you'd get really, really pissed if you lost it.

As I strolled around Carnaby street last night, I wandered into Octopus, a funky boutique that sells a selection of unique looking objects. I spotted these adorable tweezers there, but sadly they have no online store! I have managed to source them online, but you'll have to ship it in from the States if you can't reach a store. They're $20 from Bright Fun Stuff and come in selection of style. My favourite would have to be the naughty looking nurse and they all come with a suction cup which you can attach to your mirror. A great gift for a friend (or yourself).
