All we know about this is that it will be available in May, and that the packshot is very pretty Oh yes, and the name, Double Dazzle Double Lash. Could we be looking at a double ended mascara? Fingers crossed.

In thelast couple of days we've heard info on the Dame Edna range for MAC and their Hello Kitty mashup. In the past there's been the touted Barbie range and the rather chic line from Manish Arora, not tomention celeb inspired Viva Glam lipsticks. But where would we like to see MAC go next and with who? Here's a round up of my top suggestions...

Not that long ago we brought you the rumour of a MAC/Hello Kitty collaboration and now we can reveal that we were right! Look at the lushness above and desire it- I know I do. They've teamed up with Sanrio Global Consumer Products to create the Hello Kitty color cosmetics collection. It will be available from the 10th Feb in the USA, and around March in the UK. I like Benefit products I'm a big fan of their beauty line, and I swear by their BADgal mascara, as well as adoring their packaging. But the Powderflage is just silly. Product aside, have you seen the packaging? A huge tube filled with cardboard shaving, and a tiny concealer and flager brush. Eco friendly it ain't, and the camo tube isn't even particularly cool. That aside, it's actually a really nice product as the pinkish powder slides onto the skin really easily and is great at concealing circles and blemishes with its light reflecting properties. I've used it without makeup and it worked really well, and I'm someone who never leaves the house without a full face of slap.

We love a MAC collaboration here, so learning that they've officially joined forces with Dame Edna, queen of the droll putdown and shiny glasses caused no end of excitement in the office today. You can look forward to lovely retro packaging, gorgeous bright colours and tiny horn rimmed spectacles on every purchase! 'I'm doing this out of love -- I'm a giver," said Dame Edna, "The audience's applause was a little louder when I was wearing MAC on stage, so I was a convert. They didn't have to coerce me." I wouldn't need coercion to do a MAC line.. I'm thinking butterflies and stars for my packaging, sorry I digress.
