Hot on the heels of tabloid press rehashing Lara Stone's admission to Marc Jacobs in Interview Magazine that she was a "violent drunk" before her recent stint in rehab, the model has been named the new face of Giorgio Armani Cosmetics.
Apparently she loved to slap people in the face while drunk, and now she wants to make up for it by showing them cosmetics to make their faces beautiful? Who knows. But the model appears this month in a Giorgio Armani Cosmetics ad for a bronze color story shot by David Sims. We can also expect to see her in an ad for the brand's foundation in September.
For more salacious tidbits from Lara, not to mention the salacious bondage photo shoot, check out the Interview feature here.

I'm generally a little dubious about candles, as though I love how they look and smell, it seems you're essentially paying money to burn it. Sure, lighting one up isn't quite the same as burning a fifty, but in essence that's just what you're doing. This candle has manged to win me over however, partly beacuse it's simply so adorable, and secondly because it's refillable.
Remove the head of the pear, light the candle and enjoy the perfumed essence of tonka bean and absinthe mixed with pear, and when you've had enough, extinguish the flame and replace the lid. Now you have a gorgeous ornament and a scented candle in one- score!

Images of Chanel's Spring 2010 makeup collection - Les Impressions de Chanel - have hit the Web and I'm digging the sandy campaign photos and muted spring colors. You don't often see gray, clay-like hues in a spring color collection but the shade seems to make it into a nail vernis and eye shadow which I'm very excited about. At right is a face powder from the line, but for the really juicy pics keep reading.

Pictures of the Autumn range from NARS have hit the web, and it looks like it's going to be a good one. Comprising two new duo eyeshadow (Isolde and Cordura), one new single eyeshadow (Fez), one blush (Dolce Vita), one lipgloss (Female Trouble), one nail polish (Rebel Yell) and two new lipsticks (Beautiful Liar and Senorita) it looks like the collection of soft browns and reds is going to be a popular one. That nail polish in particular looks perfect for the toes!

Top of my list of must-haves is the Multiple in Orgasm (£27). It takes the classic peachy-pink shade of the bestselling blusher and repackages it in a does-it-all stick formula. Perfect for perking up your skin on holiday. The lipgloss in Sunset Strip (£17) is another I'm finding myself using a lot at the moment. The hot coral looks a bit scary in the tube, but on the lips it's a perfect, shimmery Summer shade of peach. Finally, the single eyeshadow in 'Galapagos' (£15) from the Exotica Summer 08 collection looks like the ultimate shimmery golden brown. I might be tempted to use it as a bronzer too!

Nothing causes a commotion in our offices quite like the arrival of new designer perfume products. Today a small crowd gathered around the latest ancillary offerings from Tom Ford Black Orchid - the Body Cleansing Oil (£32 / $45) and Finishing Oil Spray (£32 / $48)...

Emily Tan writes: Inspired by the 19th Century Dandies, Givenchy's "Dandy Collection" mixes and plays with masculine and feminine elements to create an elegant, edgy, and flamboyant look. This look contrasts a strong dark-toned smokey eye in masculine greys and purples with sweet, delicate feminine baby-pink lips and cheeks.
These elements are carried on through to the packaging, with the LE Pocket Beauty Case designed to appear like a delicately etched men's pocket watch compact. Retailing at £33, the case opens to reveal a pink and white pearly highlighter than can be used on the cheeks and lips.
